Distribution Network Hierarchically Partitioned Optimization Considering Electric Vehicle Orderly Charging with Isolated Bidirectional DC-DC Converter Optimal Efficiency Model

The access of large-scale electric vehicles (EVs) will increase the network loss medium voltage distribution network, which can be alleviated by adjusting structure and orderly charging for EVs. However, it is difficult to accurately evaluate efficiency in vehicle (EV), cause scheduling model insufficiently accurate. Therefore, this paper proposes an EV double-layer based on isolated bidirectional DC–DC (IBDC) converter optimal model, establishes hierarchical partitioned optimization with feeder–branch–load layer. Firstly, actual topology a dynamic reconfiguration between switching stations established goal load balancing. Secondly, minimizing branch layer loss, reconstruction under switch station established, chaotic niche particle swarm proposed improve global search capability iteration speed. Finally, power transmission IBDC phase shift parameter determined formulate collaborative operation strategy vehicles. example verifies that above system balancing degree reduce network.
